Our SCT/STFI test samples according to the TAPPI T-826 method. It features touch screen technology and on board printing capability, as well as data output. The instrument requires 110 volt 60 Hz power and a clean 60 PSI compressed air supply. Size is 550x370x200 mm, weight approximately 21 kg (47 pounds). 500 N load cell is installed. Results can be displayed in several different units. (force can be kg, lbs,N, grams) Stress can be presented in KN/M, Lb/in.. Test button and Stop button are duplicated as hard buttons to reduce wear on the touch screen. Sample size used is 15 mm x nominal 300 mm.
