BRDA Ply Bond Tester- Now available !

Deja Vu has repaired BRDA ply bond testers for clients for several years. There is a continued demand for this unit, with no new models being manufactured. Deja Vu has moved to address this by offering our own model. It is a robust, touch screen equipped unit, with rotary torque sensor technology. Both test period peak and average are displayed. Results are displayed in any of three units (microamps, in-lbs or n-m). It is designed and built in North America. Introductory pricing is US$35,999.00! We now (finally) have two units in stock and ready to go!
Britt Jar Dynamic drainage tester

So, we have finally entered the Britt Jar supply market. This is only due to the demise of the other two former suppliers; we have been receiving calls from customers for the entire unit or for various parts, as they cannot obtain them anywhere else. We have some brand new units in stock, fabricated by Deja Vu, as well as some hybrid new/used assemblies. Our pricing is very competitive, compared to what it had been from the former suppliers. We are fabbing two styles, one with the fitted column, one with the screw on column. So far, we have only inventoried the fitted column type. We don't intend to supply parts only for existing customer Britt Jars at this time, but likely will in the future, after we build a bit of inventory. For screen media, we are only offering woven wire screens (in inventory!), but will likely offer some of the perforated plate medias (the most popular ones ) in the near future. Give us a call!!

As many customers know, the manufacturer recently elected to cease support for repair for this instrument. Deja Vu has not. We sell these from inventory, maintain a good stock of most parts and will repair yours for you to extend the life of this very good instrument. Give us a call!
Concora Medium Fluters and Parts!

We perform frequent repairs to existing Concora Medium Fluters, for customers, as well as rebuilding our own for sale and selling our own brand. We can provide parts (eg. heating elements) and are now offering a bearing conversion upgrade that eliminates the troublesome cylindrical roller bearing, that likes to fail. We have a high temperature plain self lubricating bushing conversion kit. We also have many other parts that you may need for this widely used instrument. (all models)

We now carry an easy to use, ZDT Z-direction tensile tester that is NEW! The instrument uses touch screen technology, with hard buttons for frequently used functions. It is used to perform TAPPI T-826 tests. This unit is very robust, allows easy change of parameters, has an on board printer, as well as RS-232 output. It provides basic results stats.
