Concora Medium Fluter

This is a full wheels fluter that is actually a big improvement on the traditional Liberty units. It runs on 110 volts AC, only draws about half the current (10 amps) of the Liberty units. This is achieved through more efficient heaters buried in a groove on the wheels, good ceramic insulation that does not fall off, and thermal isolation of the fluter wheel rim from the hub, which also reduces wheel weight and heat transfer to the drive system. Temperature control is via a single digital microprocessor controller. Wheels do not drag on the heater plate like the Libertys, so motor load is much lower. High temperature graphite bronze bushings are used forr the fluter wheels.   This unit conforms to the 4.5 RPM TAPPI standard. We repair the libertys, so we tried to address the weak points of that design and offer a very competitively priced unit to our customers. Includes a TWO YEAR parts and labour warranty!!!
