The Emveco model 200-A Microgage provides accurate, repeatable, high resolution caliper measurements for the paper and plastic film industries. Up to 1024 measurements taken over the surface area of the sample sheet(s) are displayed and evaluated for high, low, average, and standard deviation. The press of a button calculates and displays each of these numbers on a large, five-digit LED display. The 200-A Microgage provides caliper measurements in accordance with TAPPI T-411 and Canadian D.4 standards. Featuring simplicity and ease of use, the 200-A Microgage is designed and built to function in production environments as well as research labs. Sturdy and vibration resistant, it produces repeatable measurements to an accuracy of /- 20 micro inches ( /- 0.5 microns). |
