Internal Bond ZDT Tensile Tester

This ZDT tester conforms to TAPPI T-541 requirements. The test is broadly stated, a compression bond cycle, followed by a tensile test, performed automatically. It features touch screen technology and on board printing capability installed. Power requirement is  115 volt 60HZ, requires 60 psi clean compressed air supply. Size is 34 x 33 x52 cm, weight is 33 KG (73 pounds). Our normal unit features pound and inches data presentation, but we can supply special order in metric units also. Measurement range is 2-145 PSI at 1 % accuracy. Test area of platens is 1 sq. in. Test speed can be set 1-8 inches per minute, T-541 speed is 2.6 in/minute.

RS-232 output can be added.
